Solve this problem

Write a VHDL process that toggles an LED every N clock cycles. The counter must be generic and synchronous.

Constraints

  • Generic CNT_MAX.
  • Reset clears LED.
  • Toggle when counter reaches CNT_MAX.
  • Count increments each rising edge.
